Why is there a delay when I make a PayPal purchases?
We have updated our payment system so Premium Services should show within a few moments from the time you complete your PayPal purchase. Occasionally, there is a delay in the PayPal confirmation that the payment has been processed. If you have made a PayPal purchases for Premium Services and it is still not showing in your account, please email customerservice@rotohog.com.
