Ray Allen named East All-Star

Ray Allen has been named to the Eastern Conference All-Star team as an injury replacement for Jameer Nelson.
Impact: Allen, making his ninth All-Star appearance, is averaging 18.1 ppg and shooting an impressive 49.7 percent from the field this year.
