Gonchar may return sooner than thought

Sergei Gonchar said that he may return sooner than originally anticipated.
Impact: Gonchar was buoyed by a good skate Wednesday. He was scheduled to return some time in early March. However, he refused to circle a potential date for his return. The elite defender has been sidelined the entire season after undergoing shoulder surgery in training camp.
