Blue Jackets send Filatov to minors

The Blue Jackets activated Nikita Filatov Thursday and sent him back to the minors.
Impact: Filatov has been out of the lineup with a leg injury followed by an illness. He will surely be back up at some point during the stretch drive. Drop him for now - except in keeper leagues.
