DL3 dusts Torrey Pines North for 7 birdies

Davis Love III crafted a 6-under-par 66 in the opening round of the Buick Invitational.
Impact: Love capitalized on his one round at the North Course at Torrey Pines, hitting 16 GIR and taking just 28 putts. The crsip play led to seven birdies and a share of the clubhouse lead. The weather is going to turn for the worse on Friday, when DL3 plays the South Course, but the veteran should contend regardless.
